Abigail (“Abby”) Greene is an immigration attorney dedicated to using her education and privilege to advocate for individuals seeking safety, stability, and fairness in the United States. She is a graduate of the College of William & Mary (Class of 2022), where she earned her degree in Sociology with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. Abby went on to earn her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law (Class of 2025), grounding her legal training in public service and community-centered advocacy.
Abby gained hands-on experience through the UDC Immigration Clinic, where she developed skills across a range of immigration matters including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), motions to reopen, waivers, and asylum. Her work reflects a strong commitment to vulnerable youth and families, and she has contributed to the broader legal discourse through her published law review article, *“How the United States Fails Immigrant Youths,”* which examines systemic barriers faced by young migrants. She approaches each case with purpose, compassion, and a clear understanding of the human impact behind every legal decision.
Outside of her legal practice, Abby enjoys singing and has a long-standing passion for music, including participating in acapella during her undergraduate years. Her creative interests and grounded personality bring balance to her professional life and strengthen her ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
